Overview:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required:

Collaborate with the Global Talent organization to define the competency needs of each job role and assess the gaps in the organization. (10%)
Codesign learning and development programs that effectively create new capabilities in our colleagues (15%)
Curate and cocreate content for the L&D programs. Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants (35%)
Coordinate the delivery of these programs, measure the success and impact and provide visibility to the business stakeholders (25%)

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

Additional duties as assigned
Meets attendance and punctuality standards

Qualifications & Experience:

5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.

Education & Certifications:

Master's / Postgraduate Degree with Computer Science or Similar Field of Study preferred.
Bachelor's Degree with Computer Science or Similar field of study required.

Other Education / Certifications: Learning Theory, Psychology and other Education related studies.

Technical certifications on Cloud, Security, IoT & Analytics

Working Conditions:

Classroom environment.
Occasional nonstandard work hours or overtime as business requires.
Professional, office environment.
Some travel required.
