    Job Overview

    Prepare and review invoices, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of billing data, resolving billing issues, and maintaining accurate records.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility is the creation, review, and delivery of invoices to customer for maintenance contracts and installation events.
  • Coordinates with internal and external resources to meet agreed-to expectations of the customer and TD SYNNEX.
  • Identifies and communicates options available for issue resolution, as needed.
  • Ensures appropriate information is updated and maintained for the customer and internal teams.
  • Knowledge and Skills:

  • English, B2+ or above - Required.
  • Previous customer invoicing experience - Required.
  • Accounting knowledge - Required.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills sufficient to work in a team environment and effectively interface with internal teams.
  • Ability to work with the team on multiple and a variety of tasks.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to different customer requirements.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills in understanding and applying process guidelines to resolve problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Salesforce experience desired, but not essential.
  • Previous back-office experience desired, but not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new ERP systems.
  • Work Experience Requirements:

  • 2+ years of progressive previous work experience in a customer service, and/or support role working with customers, or a combination of post-high school formal education and job experience that demonstrates the ability to meet all of the identified job responsibilities.
