Oversee the Month End close and Forecast process.
Manage reporting, including Headcount, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
Proactively develop a deep understanding of the area to effectively manage expectations.
Provide Management Reporting, commentary, and variance analysis for a couple of groups wide requirements.
Coordinate and streamline processes across the Finance team to ensure high quality and on time inputs from the various stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to appropriate financial controls, including a robust Balance Sheet process.
Support Strategic Planning, and Budget season for one of our business units.
Drive continuous improvements for forecast accuracy, process efficiencies, and system automation.
Support adhoc assignments as needed.
Direct management of employees to support in the above deliverables in a timely and efficient manner, focused on Consolidation and Labor Planning Forecast.

Qualifications:

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
Master's in business administration, Certified Public Accountant, other related Master degree preferred.
Advanced English level.
8+ years of progressive experience in Finance.
Strong knowledge and experience managing the month end financial processes including reporting, variance analysis, commentary, and reconciliations.
Experience presenting and collaborating with Senior Leadership levels.
Hyperion (SmartView/Essbase) experience as a plus.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to perform detailed analysis and effectively summarize findings to senior management.
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization.
