The Role

Min Requirements

  • Master degree and undergraduate degree
- at least one of them in civil engineering, biological systems engineering, or equivalent.

  • 2+ years experience in relevant engineering design, field work, and or construction projects with technical knowledge and skills across the civil and environmental industry, including a strong background in planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services
  • Experience in preparing and advancing plan set packages through all project phases including providing redlines for drafter
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information to nontechnical audiences and juniorlevel staff
  • Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and cloudbased collaboration software (Google Apps, Asana, Dropbox, Sharepoint, etc.)
  • Dedication to fostering collaborative relationships with others
  • Ability to travel to other offices/sites as needed
  • Experience with green infrastructure and low impact development

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil3D
  • Geomorphology training
  • H&H modeling experience
  • Experience designing and implementing (NbS)
  • Land development and transportation projects experience with focus on drainage, stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control.
  • Stream and wetland restoration experience
  • Interest and understanding of regeneration and circularity
