Job Description:


You will be a high-performing resource providing support to Experian customers, responding to requests for information, documentation, past due balances and making payments to bring the account current.

You will address client requests, involving the appropriate internal departments and staff to ensure requirements are met.


Position Expectations:

The key traits, responsibilities and functions of the role include:

  • Document and communicate solutions to internal and external clients quickly and accurately.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and collectors, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Ability to work effectively within a diverse team and to communicate with others is crucial.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities at the same time.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly motivated, client-focused individual with a positive attitude and high-level communication skills.


In addition to the following:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum of 12 years of call center customer support experience.
  • Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Prior experience in Collections or Billing is preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel) knowledge.
  • Advanced problem solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team and teamwork focus.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with fluctuating priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Oracle experience is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
