This role is responsible for assisting with the design of a business process quality & risk framework for businesses located in the US.

This position will work closely with US Ops leaders to understand processes, controls, and technical requirements in order to design measurement plans to support internal process monitoring health (risk).


What you'll do:


  • Assist with the design of a business process quality & risk framework for the US and execute its activities to monitor process status and risk health
  • Conduct FMEAs to identify key control points, and highrisk areas /failure points and work with the business to mitigate those risks
  • Own the RCA process. Ensure it is written and that the preventive actions identified are implemented
  • Work with the business to implement a continuous improvement model to improve processes & mitigate risks
  • Ensure proper change management for any process changes

What experience you need:


  • Bachelor's degree in
    Industrial Engineering .
  • 1+ years of experience with
    risk assessments, or compliance processes:
  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Processes in a Fintech or Data-driven company
  • English Proficiency (B2+ level or higher, BELT)

What could set you apart:


  • VISA USA, active
  • Strong facilitation, oral communication, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience with data modeling, query languages (e.g. SQL), and relational database platforms (e.g. BigQuery)
  • Ensure internal and external defects are recorded properly
  • Conduct audits on a set sample size to ensure processes are being followed
  • Establish transparency through regular and consistent reporting of the quality process improvements
  • Support the development of policies and standards to document monitoring activities
