Reports to Dir of Ops / VP of Ops and Director of Onboarding, Technologoy and Administrative.
This is a client facing role where you will be expected to reach out to clients for onboarding or service related activities to support the overall Bookkeeping and Accounting services the company offers.
- Gaining access to all client webbased platforms for accounting purposes
- Credential Verification:
- QuickBooks
- Bank Account
- Credit Cards
- FRS
- Payroll
- Sales Tax
- Avalara
- Autymate (setup if needed)
- Coordinating with processing, service, sales, and accounting
- Client landholding during on boarding and service related activities
- Building client relationship and trust.
- Bank & Credit Card Connecting in QBO
- Financial document requests to clients.
- Processing Team
- Offshore service team
Skills required:
- Understanding of software and banking systems (how to navigate the bank pages)
- Strong Customer Service
- Patience to help clients with troubleshooting (credential sharing or creation)

₡755,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Santa Ana, Provincia de San José: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
