- 5+ years of experience Leading Teams of 10+ members
Key job responsibilities
- Work with AR leaders in setting business objectives and priorities to accomplish key metrics.
- Explore upstream/downstream improvement opportunities and document operating procedures for complex vendors/customers and situations.
- Recognize escalation trends and identify underlying defects and root causes to monitor, improve and deliver on key success and performance metrics.
- Ensure existing policies, procedures, and controllership guidelines are followed.
- Systemically intake, escalate, and triage cash payments and issues and followthrough to resolution.
- Partner and influence business partners and other teams to resolve defects.
Key Focus:
- People and Talent Development promote career paths, knowledge sharing to improve knowledge and a continuous improvement culture.
- Unapplied Cash identify and remove process gaps to ensure customer payments get applied based on customers advise.
- Escalation Focus work with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely escalation.
- Stakeholders Partnership build strong relations among business partners, commercial teams and other Amazon teams to remove barriers and positively impact Amazon's cash flow.
- EDP and Reconciliations Management support and provide guidance to ensure both processes are timely and accurately performed.

- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- 4+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
