    Job description:

    As an AWS DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Your primary focus will be on deploying and managing containerized applications using ECS, creating infrastructure as code using CloudFormation, and implementing continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines with GitHub and GitHub Actions.

    Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage containerized applications using Amazon ECS.
  • Ensure the scalability, availability, and security of ECS clusters.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code templates using AWS CloudFormation.
  • Implement and automate the provisioning of AWS resources.
  • Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for seamless software delivery.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD best practices into the development process.

  • Write scripts and automation workflows to streamline deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of DevOps practices. Implement monitoring solutions to track the performance and health of AWS resources.
  • Optimize AWS infrastructure for cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and QA to resolve bugs.

    • Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • 3+ years of Experience as a DevOps Engineer with technical expertise in Build and Release Management.
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on AWS
  • Strong proficiency in Amazon ECS, AWS CloudFormation, and GitHub/GitHub Actions EC2, ECS, S3, ELB, IAM, VPC, Auto scaling, CloudWatch, OpenSearch.
  • Experience in working on tools like Teamcity, Jfrog, Gitlab.
  • Knowledge of Cloud formation scripts for automation purpose.
  • Experience in working on GitHub actions.
  • Good Experience in Dockerizing the Applications, In Docker file, Creating Docker images and configuring the Docker Containers.
  • Experience in working on Fluent bit & FluentD.
  • Experience in creating of DynamoDB tables, DocumentDB, and AuroraDB.
  • Experience in creating of Redis cluster and monitoring the metrics.
  • Experience in Monitoring the DataDog and checking the latency issues if any.

  • Spanish (must)
  • English +85%

  • The candidate should have excellent communication skills. Verbal communication should be clear, as well as written skills using US English.
  • The candidate should be capable of quickly grasping high-level concepts and can communicate them to others.
  • The candidate can work on a fast-moving development team, be candid about the status of their work with the development team.
