Your responsibilities at Baxter:
You will play a crucial role in facilitating and supporting the Operational Excellence (OpEx) deployment strategy at our facility. This includes developing strategic initiatives, leading workshops, mentoring on problem-solving techniques, and applying lean and six sigma methodologies within a structured project management framework. Strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position, which reports to the Operational Excellence Manager.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Actively participate in the implementation of the OpEx strategy at the site.
2. Serve as a leader and facilitator for the OpEx and Plant deployment strategy.
3. Function as a change agent to drive cultural transformation towards continuous improvement.
4. Coach and guide teams in prioritizing tasks and achieving desired outcomes, focusing on valuable process enhancements.
5. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives (such as EMS, Certification Programs, ICare, etc.) aimed at waste reduction and minimizing process variations through Kaizen events and problem-solving workshops.
6. Oversee the Value Improvement Program by identifying opportunities and assisting in project execution to meet annual objectives.
7. Identify improvement opportunities within the plant, collaborating closely with staff to inspire changes that enhance quality, service, delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
8. Deliver improvement projects, ensuring completion and realization of benefits.
