We are looking for someone who would be part of Retail Collections Operations team as Associate Collector responsible for contact customers to determine the reason for payment delinquency in Western Union.

Role Responsibilities

Primary responsibility is collections.
Under direct supervision, contacts customers to determine the reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls which are basic and routine.
Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
May answer inquiries and resolve problems.
Requires limited knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.
May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.

Role Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Typically, has less than 18 months of finance, accounting, or collections experience.
Flexible and adaptable.
Ability to influence and drive execution.
Passionate about working in a multicultural environment.
