You will be part of this growth as
Sustainability & Environmental Manager - Central, Implementing a lean and data driven management system based on
the E2E S&E strategies, focused on Operating Unit commitments, targets and goals.


What You'll Do for Us

  • Continuous improvement and results achievement, through the development of processes of excellence, analysis, information and risk management. Responsible for the execution of a fit for purpose, risk focused and growth oriented technical governance implementation and results tracking in the region.
  • Work in partnership with World Without Waste, Water Replenishment and Carbon Footprint Reduction Managers to ensure regional execution of S&E strategic initiatives.
  • As a trusted solutionoriented business partner, lead the regional execution of S&E initiatives, drive engagement with the system partners and lead initiative planning across the networked organization to achieve goals.
  • Establish controls to implement the strategy, monitor the internal and external trends.
  • Accountable for endtoend S&E performance in the Region, based on Corporative, OU (Operating Unit) and Regional metrics connected with water, WWW (World Without Waste) and carbon footprint metrics
and programs.

  • Implement local/regional governance requirements and risk
management.

  • Provide technical guidance on establishing root cause analysis and S&E IMCR
resolution in markets. Be part of the Incident Management and Crisis Resolution (IMCR) at OU level for S&E issues and ensure lessons learned are captured proactively across the entire region and shared with OU

  • Ensure effective communication to value chain stakeholders (Regional technical leaders, suppliers, customers)
  • Identify and communicate trends and challenges that impact regional S&E performance and collaborate to ensure governance models remain relevant
  • Influence and shape S&E regional investment plans including analysis of cost,
infrastructure, innovations, process/technology developments, strategic partnerships.

  • Close collaboration with key stakeholders such as Technical Operations, PACS, Legal, Quality, and franchise system leadership teams.
  • Connect strategically with regional external and OU internal networks and
stakeholders to drive performance and benchmarking efforts and transform S&E organizational capabilities accordingly.

  • Provide business and actionoriented S&E reports to senior management with
relevant reporting materials and identify issues to allow appropriate decision making.

  • Implement and continuously improve the relevant performance models and systems to track risks and Regional mitigation plans. Ensure the Regional Technical Risk Management Framework (TRMF) is in place and connected within the global TRMF program.
  • Work on risk identification through data analysis. Ensure Corporative IT tools are implemented by key stakeholders at the Region and within Bottling Operations.
  • Lead Management review routines, presenting S&E Technical KPI (Monthly Scorecard, Quarterly meeting updates, yearend analysis).
  • Communicate regional S&E inputs to business plan including priorities tha will protect the business and support profitable volume growth of the Region;

Qualification & Requirements

  • Leadership experience in development programs and transformation
programs, change management.
- +10 years of experience. Engineering or business management are preferable

  • EndtoEnd Operational sustainability experience in water, carbon/climate and packaging technologies, circular economy, Science Based Target
  • Risk management, mitigation and communication
  • Ability to translate scientific and technological concepts to relevant business
insights and growth opportunities

  • Sustainability and environmental management systems
  • Broad Expertise In (Good to Have): Franchise leadership; Foresight on future knowledge, skills and Capabilities in S&E; Ability to anticipate potential future scenarios and incorporate into innovation designs and strategies; System economics, value chain and supply chain finance; Public affairs and Communications, ESG environmental, social and corporate governance
  • Communication Focus: Work with internal functions and networks
  • PACS, Legal, Technical Operations, Supply Chain, Bottlers, Government and regional
