- Ensure production lines meet essential KPIs, production targets, yield, and safety standards.
- Assist in quality assurance processes and participate in audits.
- Diagnose equipment failures and assess raw materials for compliance with specifications.
- Provide support during unexpected production halts.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Identify and recommend enhancements based on thorough root cause analysis.
- Foster positive relationships with operators, acting as a mentor and guide.
- Generate reports, analyze production data, and deliver constructive feedback to the production team.
- Degree in Industrial Production or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of Best Practices in Manufacturing is advantageous.
- Familiarity with manufacturing control software is preferred.
- Experience in the medical device sector or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
- Knowledge of documentation and good manufacturing practices is beneficial.
- Proficiency in English at a B1 level, with the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
