Our Trailhead program is the start of something epic.

This is your chance at a full-time permanent role at Critical Mass.

During your initial 12 weeks, you will embark on a custom-built learning journey to understand what we do, who we are, and how we make award-winning work with our clients.

You will attend exclusive skill-building sessions spanning professional development, leadership, innovation, and diversity & inclusion.

Plus, you'll have the opportunity to attend offsite socials, masterclass workshops, and guest speaker events with the rest of your Trailhead cohort.

Our 2023 Trailhead commences June 5th, 2023.

You will:

Communicate effectively with production design team members, project managers and production design leads.
Provide quality assurance on all of his/her deliverables.
Stay up to date with recent design trends and new technologies.
Maintain a solid working knowledge of the latest design tools, platforms and technologies in the industry.

You have:

Advanced English Proficiency (B2+ reading, writing, and conversation)
06 months of experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and/or startups.
Studies in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Advertising Design or related field or equivalent experience in advertising and/or digital agencies or startups.
Basic experience working in product design teams in all/some areas: site/app maintenance, digital marketing, digital animation and print, preferably for international clients and global brands.
Basic experience creating assets for digital products.
Understanding of design principles, trends, systems and structures.
Ability to handle basic digital production projects independently.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Basic Knowledge of Keynote, PowerPoint, After Effects and Adobe Animate.
Knowledge of productivity tools: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),
Basic Knowledge of remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Drive, Box, Paper, Evernote) and workflow management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Basecamp).
Basic understanding of interactivity, animation principles, and best practices
Basic understanding of digital marketing, digital production and online advertising
