Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Flow Repair Departments (Coriolis, Density, Magnetic, Vortex, and Daniel USMs) and Sales Order Administrators and customers directly by verifying model accuracy and entering/ administering RMAs, and AR orders and ensuring that all customer requirements are met for RMA & AR orders.
  • Review customer specifications: verify model numbers and offers an alternative solution if what is required cannot be met.
  • Directly provide customers with an evaluation of RMA based on the RMA evaluation report with support from Technical Support staff when required.
  • Review Commercial terms and conditions to ensure compliance with prior agreements and Emerson Process Management established guidelines:
  • Processing RMA Credit pre-work.
  • Review orders for technical conformance with valid model options, manufacture/ship date ,and calibration ranges.
  • Completeness and accuracy of information from the US counterpart.
  • Documentation and inspection requirements (i.e., Material Safety Data Sheet
  • MSDS).
  • Perform accurate and timely (within the goal set by management) Advance Warranty Replacement order entry into the Oracle system to allow effective performance to meet customer requirements.
  • Assures all order details are accurate and in conformance with the customer needs and factory capabilities.
  • Assures orders are entered properly to communicate requirements to other groups.
  • Updates and maintains accurate order status in the Order System and Ticketing System, including accurate maintenance of date fields for service level and order status reporting.
  • Communicate to the NA Measurement Flow and MSS group and the necessary support groups on the status of AR and/or FLC orders.
  • Share best practices with team members.
  • Interacts with crossfunctional support teams for assistance on AR order entry, calculations, technical questions escalations, nonstandard product options, buy/resale items, etc.
  • Submits Reports/Accomplish special projects as assigned: Credit, FLC, and AWR report.
  • Accomplishes utilization trackers; accuracy reports; transaction monitoring sheets.
  • May have to conduct Trade Compliance Screening if applying.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:


  • Advanced student or bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • Minimum 6 months of work experience in a customerfacing role.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written) / minimum B
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to respond quickly.
  • Adaptive person and understanding of systems and processes.
  • High commitment, proactiveness, and teamwork orientation.
  • High attention to detail.
