Job descriptionIn this role, you will be the key liaison between business owners offering our client services Agents and our client for the Know Your Agent KYA project for the Americas. You will be expected to communicate clearly to the Agent their tasks and responsibilities associated with the program, and relay information back to key regional stakeholders. In addition, you will be responsible for training the Agents on the KYA information gathering process.Key Responsibilities Include Key liaison between Agents and our client. Management of issues and escalations from Agents Review communicate Due Diligence process for to Agents Overall support for Agents in the negotiation, gathering of KYA documentation and data entry KYA tool training support QualificationsQualifications Advanced French. 2-3 years of previous job experience Previous customer service experience Intermediate Excel Skills Excellent people skills Ability to escalate appropriately Ability to help troubleshoot issues within a process Impeccable communication skills Agility to thrive in a changing environmentSalesforce knowledge - nice to haveAdditional infoSalary Between 650.000 CRC Colones to 735.000 CRC Colones.
