  • In this role:

    Customer Project/Program Manager s build, nurture and maintain a strong, advisory relationship with the customer to thoroughly understand their business strategy, priorities and goals. The focus is leading and guiding a cross-functional team in balancing the needs of the company with those of the customer while identifying opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Lead large, cross- functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance on operational and tactical issues
  • Build and nurture customer relationship at senior level management
  • Manage customer and/or cross-functional team expectations
  • Identify, recommend and implement improvement opportunities for the customer
  • Partner with management and the extended organization to identify operational inefficiencies
  • Identify, develop and solution new business opportunities
  • Develop recommendations based on intimate knowledge of the company’s and customer’s strategy and goals as well as industry trends
  • Communicates strategic direction to a cross-functional team
  • Manage financials and contractual performance, implement corrective actions
  • Drive organizational maturity through knowledge management
  • Education and Experience Required:

  • First Level University Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 – 5 years relevant business experience.
  • Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to develop meaningful relationships, rapport and trust with customers, partners and cross-functional teams located in different geographies
  • Advanced knowledge of Program and Project Management skills and methodologies
  • Business acumen
  • Financial acumen
  • Advanced written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; mastery in English
  • Knowledge in applications, technologies, and emerging industry trends
  • Difficult conversations
  • Active listening and influencing
  • Networking, building rapport

  • Coordinating solutions for IT business challenges
