You will work within a team environment to administer and coordinate the delivery of multiple McKinsey Academy workshops while working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Your day to day responsibilities will revolve around identifying and organizing all logistics related to workshops within a portfolio or set of programs (e.g. launching pre-defined communications, enabling facilitator/teaching assistant preparation, logistics management, vendor relationships, virtual program production) and ensuring successful programs are delivered a ‘best in class’ experience for our faculty and clients.
You will support virtual, in-person and blended journeys, interacting directly with our client participants. In this role you can expect to work with a broad set of individuals and will be expected to communicate critical information in a clear, accurate and timely manner. You will also document, compile and share post program reporting on workshop data as needed through our collaboration and pipeline tool.
In this role, you’ll be a part of a global team, and will be expected to additionally support team-specific strategic projects and will own workstreams aligned with your strengths and passions.
