JOB PURPOSE Handle incoming calls primarily from field technicians, troubleshoot problems and escalate as appropriate. Agent also reviews existing workflows of trouble call truck rolls in an effort to resolve customer problems without the need to roll a truck to the residence business. Makes outgoing calls on a regular basis to communicate and resolve issues. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Interact via phone call primarily with field technicians and other organizational team members to troubleshoot and resolve problems - Efficiently analyze technical issues and provide logical solutions - Accurately enter notes and transactions into company systems for compliance and tracking purposes - Work collaboratively with field technicians and customers to solve service problems - Consistently demonstrates professionalism and integrity with a warm and friendly demeanor to customers and teammates - Exercises sound judgment within the scope of empowerment and acts in the best interest of both the customer and company - Demonstrates proficient use of soft skills, including active listening, problem solving and responding appropriately - Maintains expected performance levels in a dynamic and highly competitive environment Minimum Qualifications - Able to sit and handle calls incoming and outgoing for extended periods of time - Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, small team environment - Proven experience as a Field Support Agent - Ability to remotely manage and troubleshoot technical equipment - Fluid in English language read, write and speak - 2 years of call center experience - Ability to easily acclimate to modified schedules and shifts - Telecommunications background is a plus - SalesForce knowledge
