What you’ll do:
MFT Business Analyst- Entry
This position involves working directly with internal and external customers to gather requirements and successfully onboard new data transmissions into the Equifax environment.
Serve as Equifax primary point of contact for coordinating end to end testing and production deployment planning of new managed file transfer setups with clients.
Actively address file transfer related questions; Assist in client education and troubleshooting activities.
Perform system validation. Help clients with ongoing support for applications.
Support continuous Process improvement efforts geared towards streamlining the onboard of new data transmissions and the migration of data transmissions off of Equifax legacy systems. Create and/or enhance process documentation and training materials as required.
1 to 3 years professional experience across Business Analyst roles.
At least 6 months experience working with file transfer platforms and technologies
Extra points for any of the following:
An understanding of data transfer protocols such as SFTP and Connect Direct
Experience with Sterling File Gateway or a similar product.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services
A deep understanding of data security concepts such as PGP encryption, key certification, and SSH authentication.
Proven track record of planning and coordinating onboarding and migration activities with customers and technical resources.
