The role

As part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team, you will play a key role in hiring the best talent for SoftwareONE. You will work closely with the stakeholders providing business-partnering support and as part of the Global Team, you will work across various projects, which will help the SWO GTA team become a world class, and market recognized function.

  • Define all roles fully with line manager and prepare job spec and adverts
  • Carry out all first round face to face interviews, including cultural fit assessment
  • Carry out any formal assessment or tests
  • Search LinkedIn and other online sources for candidates
  • Provide regular and ad hoc localised recruitment
  • Maintain strong network in local agency market
  • Populate and maintain contact with Talent Pools
  • Work on other HR projects such as Benchmarking, Internal Talent, Diversity, Onboarding
  • Contribute to Global TA projects

  • What we need to see from you

  • 5+ Years of experience working in recruitment ideally a blend of in-house/RPO and agency/search side
  • Experience in the IT industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong experience of using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software (e.g. LinkedIn and other advertising, search, assessment and social media tools)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Passion for creativity and constantly looking for new ways of working
  • Experience in working across multiple geographies
  • You take great pride in delivering Customer Satisfaction (internally and externally) and Employee Satisfaction in your colleagues is paramount. Integrity is important to you but the big corporate machines don’t really interest you. You’re deeply Passionate about what you do but Humble enough to keep learning and recognize the importance of collaborating with your team and colleagues. You’ve got great Discipline , but can still work at Speed and love creating tangible results.
