Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or related field

0 - 2 years of professional experience

Demonstrated interest in Marketing and Sales

Strong problem solving and analytical capability

Solid understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts

Intellectually curious

Strong orientation towards customer service

Strong desire to collaborate, high level of initiative taking, and a professional mindset

Ability to interact effectively at all levels of a large global organization

First-rate written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

Who You'll Work With

You’ll work in a McKinsey Client Capability Hub in Costa Rica aspart of our global Capabilities and Insights team with the Marketing and SalesPractice.

You will also be part of our global Client Capabilities Network,which includes a wide spectrum of Marketing& Sales Knowledge Consulting leaders and experts in a variety of sectorsand geographies.

What You'll Do

You will partner with consultants tounderstand and disaggregate client problems; and prioritize their knowledgeneeds to create client impact.

In this role you will identify the key issues for the team and determine themost appropriate approach for the client context. You will guide consultants inthe use of Marketing & Sales knowledge and capabilities to bring the bestsolution to our clients.

You will be expected to develop and manage a broad knowledge of Marketing andSales through our internal and external resources. You will have theopportunity to develop a spike in one of our Marketing & Sales topics,specifically Sales and Channel or Pricing.

You will contribute to the developing and managing of a state-of-the artknowledge infrastructure by leveraging our Firm’s assets and establishing relationshipswith experts.
