Better requires process, discipline, and simplification As a Human Resources Manager, you will prove strategic management of teams between 300-500 employees and their corresponding leaders in and out of Costa Rica as an influencing partner. As part of your role, you will need to consult and provide advice, counsel and resolution to employees and managers on a broad range of people relations matters, including policy interpretation and application, conflict resolution, performance management, progressive discipline, and termination processes and practices. You can generate documents including policies as needed with a virtual and hybrid model mindset. You will get involved with legal requirements and employee relations ethics matters knowledge of Costa Rica Labor Law and practices is a must. You will work with metrics, data and generate reports that add value to the business and the team. We will require you to deliver training on HR-related topics, an active participant in global initiatives to test and deploy new systems. You will have the ownership to process terminations and ensuring completion of the necessary documentation including retrieval of assets. With your skills, you will work with the business to use corporate data to find areas of improvement and intervene as needed with action plans. You will partner with other HR functions to launch initiatives and ensure the employee experience locally and globally. Also, with other HR teams in different countries under the Regional HR Director. You will work globally and engages with colleagues in different countries and time zones. You need to ensure full ownership of incoming tickets through our People Services portal on a timely basis For this role, you need to have a bachelor s in business administration, or Human Resources, a minimum of 4 years experience, with proven management of 300 - 500 employees and corresponding leaders. You should demonstrate strong analytical and time management skills, with the ability to identify and respond to needs issues quickly. You can work in a fast-paced and flexible global and virtual hybrid environment. You need to demonstrate the ability to work well in a team environment, as well as work independently. You have strong knowledge and capability for interpreting and communicating employment laws and policy. You can provide difficult feedback to employees, managers and leaders at all levels to avoid and resolve conflict. Customer service-oriented, able to problem solve and have difficult conversations.
