Whether you're the Engineer, Architect, Account Manager, Practice Leader or Sales Executive we need your talent to help us in our exciting journey to success Role Responsibilities Monitor maintain performance capacity for our global data centers and corporate office networks to ensure maximum efficiency and operational uptime. Coaches, mentors, and provides guidance to team members to help improve technical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects tasks and work calmly under pressure. Work with vendors and cross-functional teams for on-going design efforts and systems support. Periodically develops and delivers training related material. Participates in an on-call standby rotation and is expected to respond after hours for service restoration, troubleshooting and or repair of all necessary equipment during rotation. Handles scheduled maintenance on networking equipment, such as software and equipment upgrades and assist with maintenance related tasks Requirements 4 to 6 years' experience in network design, implementation, and support of complex LAN WAN environments carrying VoIP and data. Advanced troubleshooting and support experience of network solutions that include Cisco ACI, Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches, Cisco ASA Appliances, Multi-Tenant Environments, multiple network carriers, VMware, and Voice Over IP. Experience with QoS, routing, and network virtualization College Degree preferred but not required CCIE Routing Switching or CCIE Data Center preferred but not required Experience with Cisco Nexus switches 7000 5000 series, ACI 9000 series. Experience with Cisco ASA 5500X, FTD series Site to Site based VPN Tunnels Remote Access client based VPN Tunnels Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network related issues with little to no guidance. Ability to demonstrate understanding of the following technologies ACI L3Out, ACI contracts, ACI EPGs, BD, VRFs, AEP, deployment with Python SDK. Nexus vPC, orphan ports, routing, VRFs, VDCs, FEX integration. UCS UCSM knowledge, Uplink creation, VLANs, templates. VMWARE Vcenter, port groups, 1000v, VDS v5.5 and v6.5 Routing Protocols EIGRP, BGP, MP-BGP, OSPF Contexts ASA, FTD Nexus , Instace FTD NAT, ACP, Routing, route leak, VPN IKEv2 . Routing between VRFs Virtual Routing and Forwarding , route leak. QoS, Nbar, MPF, Policing. Proxy policy configuration knowledge squid proxy Bluecoat STP, TCP IP fundamentals, IP subnetting Understanding of the following technologies is a plus but not required Virtualization environments and tools such as VMWare, vCenter, vCenter Orchestrator Linux SD-WAN technologies OMP, TLOC, SD-WAN fabric Who We Are TTEC s a pioneer in customer experience, engagement and growth solutions.
