  • Serve as the go-to person for all office needs
  • Manage various web applications used within the company (e.g. account updates and user provisioning)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, functional and comfortable office space
  • Maintain facilities and liaise with landlord and other office vendors
  • Order and manage office / kitchen supplies
  • Ensure proper function of all office equipment
  • Coordinate events (e.g. meetings, picnics, birthday celebrations, lunches) and travel arrangements
  • Perform administrative duties (filing, shipping, distributing mails, etc.)
  • Support on-boarding and off-boarding process for team members
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere as our culture representative
  • Be the first person to greet visitors
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Qualification

  • 1+ years of office administration and management experience
  • Tech savvy and ability to problem solve IT issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google apps, and other web applications
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: upbeat, can-do attitude, friendly and professional
  • Responsible time management skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong desire to assist others and take on additional responsibilities
