We'll be looking to you to develop strategic recommendations and implement initiatives to improve the revenue, profit, and competitive position of Western Union. This is a critical role collaborating across all digital and marketing teams to ensure global performance management. This strategy-driven role calls for a rare combination of creative problem solving, detail orientation, and interpersonal ability to manage partnerships. Youll develop and analyze customer and competitor insights to propose new revenue opportunities for support our digital growth globally. Youll foster discipline around supporting decision making through data-driven arguments and deep analytical thinking leveraging latest standards in analytics, big data and data science. Also, youll identify opportunities and design to continuously improve the processes and models. Youll be responsible for creating, developing, and updating daily weekly monthly quarterly KPI tracking reporting process. Other responsibilities will be conducting market research, competitor analysis, and product comparisons, supporting strategic initiatives, and adapting to the requirements of new project. Youll be in charge of Communicating and presenting to executive leadership through creating effective data visualizations to clearly communicate relevant facts and insights. Youll prepare and maintain process documentation for internal team activities. Also, youll organize and participate in stakeholder meetings. For this role, you'll need more than 5 years of experience in analyzing, interpreting data, and delivering actionable insights within financial industry or FinTech. You must be proficient in database querying with SQL SAS. Youll need a degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or similar and MDA MBA is preferred. Its required a strong mastery of Excel and advanced English level B2 C1 . Youll use power point and Word. You must have experience in using tools such as PowerBI, R, Python, Hadoop, Tableau, Adobe Markets Cloud, SQL, etc. . You must have analytical and problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a team environment as well as independently as well as ability to organize and manage multiple, time sensitive projects adapting to dynamic environment. Youll be driven and inquisitive, detail-oriented highly organized. Also, youll have strong general business acumen. Youll be an important team player.
