In this role, you have the opportunity to

Is responsible for the development and improvement of processes, tools and equipment of the Manufacturing systems, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production processes.

You are responsible for

  • Participate in Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis.
  • Support requests from cross functional teams.
  • May support specific steps on the review of new product technology including existing or needed tooling and processes.
  • Build relationship to interact with other Mfg. Engineers, Technicians, and cross-functional teams. Safety consideration for material usage, process.
  • Participate in Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), CIP Continuous Improvement Program (CIPs) and other internal projects Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). May support projects and next level MEs under the supervision of a senior ME.
  • Entry level professional that applies company policies and procedures to resolve issues. (Discipline/Domain Specific).
  • Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
  • Build stable relationships internally.
  • Work from supplied list of tasks.
  • Provides guidance and training to production operators during the implementation process.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer or equivalent academic background.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience on medical industry.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Advanced English Skills.
  • Knowledge in Minitab and statistics analysis.
  • Basic Lean knowledge (6s, 7 wastes, stop and fix, kaizen, kamishibai, guemba walks, SMED, Kanban, visual factory)
  • Working experience with document change management is a plus
