  • What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for getting information to help individuals applying for a Mortgage loan in the United States. Work the credit report pulled by the financial institution selected by the individual, and updated as needed/requested by the Financial Institution.
  • The Mortgage Analyst Specialist representative must reach the creditors needs, either by inbound or outbound calls in United States as well as overseas in order to get the updated information requested by our client.
  • Research customer requests for disputed items, duplicate, collection and outdated information, in addition to any other specific items requested by the client
  • Handle inbound calls which could include customers, consumers or trade references
  • Call creditors, interview borrowers when necessary, contact landlords for rental verifications and/or contact the client when necessary.
  • Qualifications

  • One year of Call Center experience
  • English fluency required B2-C1 level (written and oral communication)
