Better requires process discipline and simplification You will monitor the digital properties on a continuous basis to assess the health of the site apps, including keeping track of metrics and KPIs that help detect any customer experience issues and other issues that may impact the business and its revenue. You will assist in the root cause analysis of customer and site issues using available tools reports. As part of your role, we require you to log incidents in Incident Management system as necessary and track incidents to closure. You need to observe and uphold the SLA in terms of issue resolution time, first response time and ticket activity management. You will escalate digital product related incidents to Engineering team and Product owners. We require you to interface with Customer Service Centers to handle urgent and escalated customer issues. You need to collaborate in the development of internal tools for automating alerts, tracking and testing.Constantly provide ideas on how to detect more issues proactively and how to enhance the team processes. For this role, you will need to have a Bachelors degree in quantitative or scientific field e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Computers in progress . You should demonstrate fluency in English verbal and written 79 -B2 . You have 3 years working in an analysis role. You have a good knowledge of programming languages i.e. Java and Front end technologies such as php, javascript, angular, etc. We require you to have experience with data, segmentation and analysis required. Sound knowledge of technology and ability to learn and use new analytics tools.
