About the Role Identify, analyze, investigate, monitor and document patterns and trends in post marketing surveillance data as part of the CAPA system. Communicate management, R D, marketing, sales organization and other departments, as well as external customers about product performance. Ensure that information and insight gained from the investigations and corrective actions is fed back to the R D and marketing organizations as part of the risk management and design input systems. Your Responsibilities Include -Investigates identified trends by starting a formal trend investigation and trend report. -Documents trend action by updating the trend report at appropriate levels and by performing a Health Risk Analysis. -Participates in the product performance data development trending and contributes to generating formal presentations to management committees and design teams, published product performance reports and customer requests for performance information either directly or through the sales organization. What We're Looking For -Bachelor degree in Chemical, Industrial, Electronic, Biotechnology, Electromechanical Engineering or related Field. -English level required 70 or higher written and spoken . -Excellent customer service and customer-centered communication skills, planning and execution applied to the right priority for day-to-day tasks and ability to take decisions upon conflicts identification is required. -Desired knowledge Statistical skills, ASQ Certified, Knowledge of Six Sigma, Knowledge of Lean, APQP or similar. -Previous leadership of Problem-Solving sessions with tangible results is highly desirable. -Previous experience applying Operational Excellence principles, and leading Process Improvement initiatives with measurable results is a plus Kaizen events or other . -Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
