Job descriptionWe re looking for a like-minded individual to be a key member of our Customer Advocacy Insights team. Our mission is to ensure our customers are central to our client plans. To do this, we collect and dedicatedly represent the voice of our customers, partners and employees, and advocate for these insights to be weighed as part of decisions our client wide. At our client We listen differently, and we take action.You will manage and execute small projects, surveys, and basic reporting initiatives for the team. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Customer Success, Intelligence Innovation.Job Role and ResponsibilityAs a Project Manager your key activities for the Insights will include To craft and configure surveys that will reach thousands of respondents around the world To assist in the review and cleaning of contact lists for our survey programs Effective tracking and communications to the project managers around deliverables and next steps To build basic reports and analyze survey data and provide the project managers with the results To manage multiple small projects with different priorities while communicating efficiently and meeting deadlines Coordinate with team members to setup regular status updates and meetings Online survey platform support for internal stakeholdersQualificationsRequired Skills Appropriate multi-tasking in a dynamic environment, ability to prioritize tasks deftly and effectively To appropriately perform in an environment with many challenging demands and activities occurring in different directions Strong organization and planning skills Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required Natural sense of accountability needed Ability to learn survey processes tools Positive can do work attitude is a requirement. Strong social skills. Highly collaborative. Detail oriented. Self-motivated. Results oriented. Proficient in PowerPoint and ExcelPreferred Skills Voice of Customer Customer Experience industry experience a plus, or interest in learning Advanced Excel skills are desiredEducation High school or bachelor s degree and 3 years work experience 2 years of project management or coordination experienceAdditional infoSalary Between 850 - 900 USD
