With optional in-person components, our programs can be a cost-effective way to build the capabilities of a large number of participants across an organization.What You'll DoYou ll work closely with the Learning Experience team, the Product Engineering team, and client sponsors to lead digital learning delivery for McKinsey Academy.You ll oversee all operational aspects of delivering digital courses to our clients, including participant onboarding and user management, engagement-focused communications, customer support, Teaching Assistant TA management, and analytics reporting.For example, you ll be responsible for systems enrollment, group configuration, and designing hosting online kickoff sessions. In addition, you ll communicate with participants, sponsors, and TAs to drive engagement and achievement of course and program objectives. You ll also provide support for participants as they move through their learning journey.For reporting, you ll use data to drive impact, engagement, and improve our offerings. During and after course runs, you ll monitor and analyze quantitative qualitative data from multiple sources on the participant experience. You will provide recommendations for improvement based on your analysis. QualificationsBachelor's degree or Associates Degree2-5 years of experience, preferably in a similar type of digital learning administrator and or Course Operations Coordinator roleProficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint , experience with CMS or LMS preferredStrong project management organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to handle uncertainty and solve problems in a structured waySolid analytical skills and experience drawing key insights from dataPositive attitude and ability to exhibit grace under pressureStrong communications skillsHigh level of professionalism
