Provides analytical support within a functional organization. Prepares reports for use in business planning and analysis for assigned area. Works on a variety of issues and may exercise independent judgment and recommendations in selecting optimum reporting techniques. Develop and improve office management processes. Assists in the development of project plans. Works with project manager s to ensure the integrity and completeness of status reports. Coordinate meetings. Process Purchase Orders Create correspondence and maintain library of presentations Coordinate and implement special projects, maintain confidential filesProgram experiencing dramatic growth. Deliver agile operations of critical Hands-on Labs administrative functions. Plan and oversee multiple projects across diverse teams and functions Procure collateral, services and other business needs according to our client processes Assist in the creation and documentation of new and existing operational system processes Create various reports as required Coordinate all aspects of event planning and delivery Acts as liaison between teams to create awareness, synergy and efficiency Support team in all administrative and operational tasks as required Work to continuously consider process improvements and share findings with the team QualificationsRequired Skills Excellent written and verbal communication Minimum of 2 years project management experience in a technical environment Ability to problem solve and make decisions in a fast paced environment Experience with various productivity tools, Office, Google docs etc. Proficient in Microsoft Excel Work independently in a dynamic, free-flowing environment with limited supervisionPreferred Skills Advanced analytical skills Experience with Jira Confluence Experience with event planning and execution International travel may be necessaryAdditional infoGreat Benefits
