  • What You’ll Do

  • Mainly responsible for AP Module
  • Support the accounting area preparing journals entries such as amortizations, prepaids, accruals, intercompany, cash transactions, etc
  • Responsible to reconcile all types of balance accounts
  • Analyze accounting and finance information for the production of financial statements
  • Prepare local tax forms
  • Assist with internal and external audit reviews, requests for information, and annual audits.
  • Help maintain appropriate internal accounting controls and facilitate accounting policy administration (GAAP and company policies).
  • Support with the reporting of revenue or expense activity.
  • Assist with external audit schedules, financial reviews and forecasting.
  • Prepare monthly journal entries, monthly benefit adjustments and treasury related entries.
  • Performing month end close processes, timely and accurately, ensuring properly financial records
  • Perform intercompany allocations and chargebacks
  • Miscellaneous reclassifications, adjustments, and write-offs
  • Preparing and analyzing monthly reports
  • Evaluating processes and controls for effective operation and recommending and implementing improvements.
  • Performing for module close related activities.

  • Maintaining all documentation and update timely.
  • Meet all agreed KPI and complete services within the SLA.
  • Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of related accounting experience (AP, GL & fixed assets )
  • 2 years of experience with ERP (Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP)
  • 1 years’ experience/knowledge in preparing local tax forms
  • B2 level of English proficiency
  • 1-2 years of experience using excel or Google sheets ( i.e. ability/experience using vlookups/pivot tables etc.)
