Better requires process, discipline, and simplification You will assist in the day-to-day activities of the strategic planning group and provide insights recommendations into the third-party vendor contracts along with the CMT Workforce requests that are aligned with the long-term growth strategy. You will need to demonstrate flawless execution and attention to detail to drive data-based insights across multiple touchpoints are the bare minimum pre-requisite for this position. We ll be looking to you to oversee the CMT Budget assurance activities and interface with teams within Digital - Finance, marketing, etc. to fulfill reporting and business needs. You will need to assist in developing business cases for new opportunities to determine overall revenue potential and strategic benefits. Also, we ll be looking to you to continuously improve the productivity of the Strategy Executions and Operations team. We require you to have a bachelor s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar and a minimum of 2 years of related experience. You can communicate in a cross-cultural environment which makes English proficiency a must-have , creating relationships, influencing stakeholders, and deliver a high degree of accuracy are the key soft skills to succeed. As part of your role, you will need to apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. You have a B2 or C1 English level as a minimum. Due to the nature of the role, you should have an advanced Excel level preferred . You are a problem solver, detail-oriented, and highly organized. A proven ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Experience using Oracle or Adaptive Insights is a plus. You are an analytical person.
