REQUIREMENTS Bachelor or above in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any other numerical careers. English 90 written and oral. Must love numbers. Strong temper. Good negotiation skills. Highly structured and organized. Analytical. Competitive. Aggressive approach to sales. Mandatory At least 3 years work experience as in sales. Ideally Working experience in retail, in another technology brand, or in a carrier. TASKS 1. SELL IN Apply prices, get and register purchase orders timely. Must carry out all related internal processes input forecast in the internal system and prepare materials, contract registration, follow up the delivery dates, etc. 2. Revenue forecast. 3. SELL OUT Daily monitoring of each product s sell out in order to guarantee the desired numbers. Whenever needed, must develop the strategies required to improve sell out, such as incentives and promotions. 4. Incentives Prepare the incentives, present to Region, present to customer. After incentives are over, check evidence and do the settlement. 5. Business Intelligence monitor competition, consumer tastes and preferences, market trends. Everything for the development of strategies that drive our products as well as seeking new opportunities. 6. Responsible to achieve all targets for his or her accounts REVENUE, PROFIT, DOS, COLLECTION, among other KPIs, as well as a target market share. 7. Push and followup payments or credit notes from the customers to the company, and from the company to the customer in the case of rebate and incentives . Requires constant coordination with all areas such as GTM, Retail, Delivery.
