Outlook for iOS and Android is looking for a Program Manager who will help us define and lead key innovative product experiences that users will love and IT will trust. We work iteratively, ship often, and put the user first. We want to delight our users with experiences that help them focus and be the most productive they can be at work and in life, while on the go, all while achieving our business goals that keep the lights on.


We are looking for Program Managers who bring a strong enthusiasm for cloud-driven user experiences, execution of shipping products, AND ambitious growth-oriented product ownership.This will require a PM to:

  • Designing and implementing new features to deliver mobile experiences customers will love
  • Building experiences that make the product simple and easy to use
  • Working closely with partners to brainstorm and communicate ideas and measure and incorporate feedback
  • Focus on understanding our customers to identify key insights to ensure Outlook delivers the appropriate experience to meet user needs
  • Strong execution skills to demonstrate end to end ownership of complex, cross-group and cross-discipline projects to successful completion.
  • Qualifications

  • 3+ years working with partners to plan, develop and deliver shared experiences.
  • 3+ years specifying and designing customer facing features (preferably for mobile experiences)
  • 5+ years working in software and related fields, with the ability to go deep in technical areas
  • Preferred - Mobile app development and/or design experience
  • A growth mindset
  • Demonstrated excellence building polished user experiences that people love.
  • Have a sense of pride and personal accountability for end-to-end quality, completeness, and resulting user experience.
  • Outstanding cross-discipline and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Foster an engineering culture focused on customer satisfaction using a data informed approach
  • Speak objectively and constructively about what is working well and what needs to improve, and help make change happen.
