The RTR Team Leader is responsible for handling a team of 6+ Associates. The position demands an individual who is a right mix of Process, People & Stakeholder Management expert. This person must ensure efficient and effective service delivery & operations in the Tower.
Strong Accounting skills.
Supervises and actively participates in the end-to-end process of day-to-day operations.
The person in this position has to maintain a positive working relationship between the internal customers and the requestors.
Proactive and constant communication with Supervisor team in order to ensure process stability and requirements compliance.
Knowing and following the escalation path when needed (dispute or resolution).
Analyze, interpret, and communicate valuable information to management.
Needs to understand and control the entire process, and ensure that other team members are following the process correctly.
Ability to train others in the process.
Develops multiple systems for tracking, information gathering, researching, and documentation of communication with customer and management.
Exercises independent judgment and discretion in handling various collection scenarios.
Perform month-end process related to operations transactions.
Propose and implement new ways of working in order to improve and simplify the process.
Act as an advisor to our internal and external partners for all questions.
Assist the Supervisor in the preparation of management reports, SLAs & KPIs and KPI Analysis.
Understand and participate in performance management processes.
Strong client management with regular calls & escalation handling (No surprises!).
Maintain policies and procedures for all the end-to-end transactions processes including regular updating.
Managing cross-functional projects as well as across geographies.
Perform any “ad hoc” requests related to project.

Graduate/post graduate degree in Finance, Administration or Accounting (is a must).
5 years experience in accounting processes. Full knowledge of the accounting cycle.
Experience in Fixed Assets or Cash Management is preferred.
Finance knowledge and expertise across operations.
Should have strong knowledge of ERP.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
English level 80%, both written and verbal.
Experience in management of teams (coordination experience).
Should be able to set clear-cut goals for the team and have the capability to achieve the same in the tenured period.
Should have the flexibility to work any shift and for long hours when required.
Should have strong verbal & written communication skills.
Should have very strong analytical skills and be able to make decisions.
Should be organized.
