Descripción:Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations. Responsibilities o Review products portfolios to identify upcoming introductions and evaluate the trainings demand o To hold recurrent meetings with regional teams to identify define products training curricula o To notify required trainings to CEs and Channel partner techs and follow up until training completion o To generate metrics on number of trainings taken, new support channels onboarded, survey results and report them to management o Develops product training plans on medium complexity product families. o Represents HP new demands on product trainings with L D, Training providers, and provides service requirements to define training plans and strategies. o Collaborates with regions and global teams regarding trainings and support planning, implementation and performance. o Performs business analysis identifying improvements . Education and Experience Required First-level university degree or equivalent experience advanced university degree preferred. Typically 4-8 years of related experience in IT business operations. Quality improvement training required and certification a plus. Knowledge and Skills In-depth knowledge of HP operational processes, industry trends, and customer partner requirements. In-depth understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle. Excellent communication skills i.e. written, verbal, presentation , leadership, and influence skills. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required. Strong business experience in multiple process areas with excellent project management and process development skills ability to drive process improvements using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts. Strong project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation.
