Better starts and ends with the customer You will play a crucial role translating client demands into requirements and then working with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions to constantly improve user experience. You will manage the successful development and implementation of product initiatives in support of Western Union s Agents business growth objectives such as the implementation of Settlement program for US Canada, and Salesforce CRM execution. You will harness the power of advanced product ownership to implement and maintain other programs performance and report it to internal stakeholders. By combining your sound technical understanding and your business acumen, you will be a powerful driver in advancing Western Union s range of innovative products. For this role, you will need any University Degree which provides you with a wide knowledge of Administration, Finance, Sales, Engineering and or Systems. An equivalent experience or around 4 years being Product Owner or Product Manager will help you to have a better understanding of big programs transformation and their due diligence process. You must bring People Manager experience and leadership along with an strong track record of working in an agile environment with front end developers, content writers, UI designers, among others, ideally from within the global money movement industry, specially for programs implementation such as CRM. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable. A very important requirement, if you are an internal candidate, is to have an strong WU Agent Operations known how, at least 2 years within WU holding similar roles as in grade 10, 11 or 12.
