ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

It is a representative of the Global IDT HR Technology in the Americas region, being responsible for offering support to local HR teams in terms of HR System and also making sure the best user experience is provided to all the users accessing enabling technologies. Delivers on-going support, maintenance, improvements and changes to functionality and configuration of HR Systems, mainly SAP SuccessFactors.

Reports to: HR Technology Regional Manager

Geographic Scope: Regional/Global

Travel Required: Availability to travel

  • Accountable for ensuring the on-going support and maintenance of all enabling technology infrastructure and software services to support HR service delivery working in close coordination with HR Technology Team.
  • Owns, oversees, and tracks improvements and changes to the functionality and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Implements project initiatives that impact the “Tiered” HR delivery model, liaising with appropriate 3rd parties and BAT IT to assess the impact of system changes and planning their implementation in line with existing HR activities.
  • Is subject matter expert (SME) in relation to channel management technology landscape (SuccessFactors, HR Portal, Case Management).
  • Ensures traceability between HR requirements, HR design and HR testing to ensure effective delivery.
  • Ensures that a positive user experience is delivered and maintained for all Employees accessing enabling technology products following a “user-centric” design approach.
  • Develops and maintains methods, tools, support, and reference material to run and maintain enabling technology.
  • EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

    Experience Required

  • At least 3 - 4 years’ experience’ in HRIS Enabling Technologies.
  • At least 1 - 2 years’ experience’ in SuccessFactors (Employee Central).
  • Experience leading HR Technologies Projects.
  • Experience working in a Global Business Service environment.
  • Proven ability to maintain focus and work efficiently with multiple demands.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification (SME) or experience.
  • Experience with MS Office tools and Data manipulation tools.
  • Excel or another database etc.
  • Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • Degree on Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • English proficient.
