The IT Support Technician role is to provide first and second level support for end users and business applications. This individual will provide break-fix analysis of both hardware and software issues on all desktop, tablet, and laptops systems. They will configure and install new and existing PC's in a network environment. This individual will regularly communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals.Key requirements:
Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering, or related field preferred; or having successfully covered at least 25% of the curriculum at the University to obtain this degree and is currently studying.
1 years of working experience on similar roles
Good knowledge of standard PC hardware required.
Experience in supporting and installation of Microsoft Windows (7, 8, 10 and above), Microsoft Office (2010, 2013 and above), required.
Should read and speak English (85%).
