The Opportunity

Adobe Sign is one of Adobe's fastest-growing businesses! Sales Director, Adobe Sign Inside Sales will lead sales and key strategy for Adobe’s Inside Sales business in the Americas. In this role, you will lead a team of two Front Line Managers (FLM) and 20+ individual contributors (IC). This leader is a mentor as well as a coach and is a true evangelist for the needs of their people and the business.

  • Define, implement and manage prospecting, selling, closing excellence
  • Accurate and detailed forecasting and opportunity management
  • Always improving administration, processes, and approaches
  • Data-driven analysis, understanding, and action
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners
  • Improve overall customer satisfaction in assigned accounts
  • Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met
  • What you need to succeed

  • Validated work experience as an inside sales manager of managers and individual contributors
  • 10+ years leading high-performance sales teams
  • Five+ years managing managers and running multi-level direct sales teams
  • Passion, energy, and enthusiasm
  • Extraordinary interpersonal and team management skills
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Proven self-starter mentality with a specific plan to “own” your business
  • Dedication to personal responsibility and expectation of performance
  • Empathy and high EQ to do it the “right” way
  • Success working in larger organizations with many partners
