Maintain plant financial statutory records according to NIIF
Supports Controller with monthly closing, year-end audits and reconciling accounts
Financial reports (USGAP and NIC/NIIF), fiscal year and Procomer requirements.
Internal controls: conciliation, budget and forecast, variance determination and manufacturing controls.
Supports CR Managers in reaching profit targets. Prepares forecasts.
Maintain internal controls in accordance with Company policy
Prepare financial analysis as needed to support business objectives
Prepare annual cost plan setting work center rates for inventory valuation and standard product cost
Coordinate physical inventories and encourage cycle counts
Responsible for documented completion of training for staff/employees per current company procedures
Support the Procomer audits/ gap closing and documentation response support.
Tax conciliation and presentation according to Free Trade Zone law.
Fixed asset control according to Procomer’s regulations
Monthly closing according to Corp. Timeline
Participate in annual Procomer Report
Process Intercompany transactions
Assist Corporate headquarter with financial reporting
Our expectations
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
4 years progressive experience
Experience with systems (Microsoft Office, SAP and Hyperion)
Experience and knowledge of the Free Zone Regime
Experience in audit management, internal, external
English skills of 85% (oral, written & comprehension)
Must have strong organizational skills and be able to meet deadlines.
Accurate and attentive to detail.
Communication skills to convey information effectively.
Ability to work in fast paced dynamic organization
