The Opportunity

The Sales Operations team is responsible for defining the strategy and operations of a best-in-class salesforce for Adobe, and support superior execution by the sales organization. Reporting to the Head of Americas DX Sales Operations, you will lead a robust team to drive sales strategy, analytics, and programs that impact the entire Americas business. You will think strategically but can also follow through in execution and operations. You are able to drive detailed analysis but can also synthesize your findings into executive-level communications.

What you'll Do

  • Define and drive critical initiatives focused on unlocking growth and providing clarity in execution
  • Develop and action productivity and performance reporting of sales management and individuals
  • Deliver insights to the business through analysis and understanding industry trends
  • Optimize GTM strategy including core sales processes and productivity drivers, infrastructure and automation, regional performance
  • Establish highly repeatable (and scalable) sales processes, automation, and reporting methodology that can be implemented across regions
  • Develop and deliver presentations to senior executives
  • What you need to succeed

  • 10 years of relevant experience; strategy and operations experience is a plus
  • Five+ years leading direct and matrixed teams
  • Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimum supervision
  • Heavily results-oriented; a consistent track record in meeting and/or exceeding revenue targets
