We are looking for a recent graduate software engineer to join our team of collaborative EDA professionals to deliver the best in class next generation of software for physical IC applications. The software engineer will work on complex problems where analysis of data requires an evaluation of intangible variance factors to develop leading edge software for the physical design and verification of products at advanced nodes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in the supply chain, industrial engineering, math, finance or a related field.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in inventory management and/or warehousing role
  • Experience with SAP ERP system
  • Experience with full physical inventory processes
  • Expert proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, links, etc.)
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, while thriving in a remote environment
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of mathematical, forecasting, planning and inventory policies.
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
  • Monitor delivery schedule and customer orders Place and receive orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procedures for ensuring that adequate inventory levels are present.
  • Ensure that inventory counts are completed regularly and in a timely manner.
  • Audit entire inventory on a regular basis and provides reports to management.
  • Interface with supply chain, planning, and other related departments to resolve problems relative to inventory accuracy
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within all areas of asset control and material flow
  • Act as a focal point for inventory transactions in the SAP ERP system
  • Follow all existing company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and negotiate all the suppliers' related inventories
  • Manage the key suppliers and commodities
  • Forecast product needs; to include all materials required to make the product sellable
  • Develop new forecasting methods in partnership with the sales team
  • Manage third party manufacturer to meet timing requirements for product
  • Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand
