Job Description:

As a Marketo Consultant , will be responsible for collaborating with team members to build solutions in Marketo and Salesforce to support business requirements and processes for continuous improvement. The successful candidate must have proven experience with marketing automation; building emails, landing pages, automated customer journeys and reports; and knowledge of best practices.

This position is responsible for developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining existing and new applications; knowing one or more programming languages; knowing one or more development methodologies / delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help manage lead scoring model and data flow into Ensure marketing related data is integrating properly in SFDC.
  • Design and code email and landing page templates and forms in Marketo compatible on different email clients, web browsers, and mobile.
  • Create and develop automation journeys end-to-end and work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Data, Design, Content, Sales, Legal, Product, etc.) to create and oversee marketing automations across a variety of content and audiences.
  • Help plan and execute A/B testing to improve performance focused on user engagement driving towards our KPIs.
  • Adhere to various project timelines with internal stakeholders, external agencies and maintain status of all projects.
  • Provide technical support to local and remote users.
  • Identify and appropriately escalate process or product quality gaps and provide or implement suggestions for resolution when possible.
  • Establish and maintain positive communication and professional relationships with internal/external customers, team members and vendors/partners.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, optimize, and automate business processes.
  • Qualifications

  • 1 – 6 years of relevant professional experience as Marketo developer or administrator.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills including the ability to analyze and resolve difficult problems quickly with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum direction.
  • Strong customer service and relationship building skills with a team-player attitude.
  • Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • English comprehension (at least 70%), English Spoken (at least 70%).
  • Portuguese is a plus.
