Responsible for leading Finance Continuous Improvement and Transformation initiatives with functional areas (RtR, PtP, QtC), coordinating migration of processes from outbound sites, and stabilization and quality of transitioned processes. Responsible for identifying, developing and implementing initiatives that improve financial processes, reduce transation complexity, and shorten processing cycles aimed to have a positive impact in operational budgets. Supervise and direct the work of department staff.


  • Support the Finance Shared Service Vision ensuring processes and supporting technologies are effective, efficient, and continuously improved.​
  • Enhance customer service through promotion of service-oriented approach within all functional responsibilities.​
  • Coordinate the transition of financial proceses with Business Unit Outbound teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of activities.
  • Manage the relationship within customers (Business Units); Out Bound Migration Teams (Platforms) and In Bound Migration Team (Shared Services Finance Leaders) to assure clear and effective project visibility and tracking
  • Implement lean principles that ensure lean design and processes across all financial routines.
  • Develop and maintain business analytics and tracking applications that facilitate monitoring of SLA and KPI metrics to ensure service quality, operational excellence and resource optimization.
  • Own project status and regular project upates to management.
  • Serve as subject matter expert in planning applications and tools and conduct employee training to drive adoption and optimal use of existing finance tools and technology
  • Requirements


  • BS in Engineering or technical field, and/or Business Administration; MBA optional

  • 3-5 years of project management, process improvement and/or engineering experience in shared service environment. Knowledge of financial processes.
  • This experience requires the use of lean techniques, six sigma, and project management tools to track project plan, progress, project financials and other metrics, risks, etc.
  • Highly professional documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, conflicting priorities and make progress in face of ambiguity
  • Comfortable establishing measurable goals and milestones for self and others; including time frames and priorities
  • Strong conceptual and critical thinking, comfortable managing ambiguity. Ability to analyze and analytically interpret data.
  • Team player – willing to take on any task no matter how big or small to meet goals
  • Fluent in English.
  • Public speaking/presentation abilities along with established leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting systems (i.e., Oracle, SAP, JDE)​.
