The Opportunity

Adobe is looking for an exceptional marketer to transform product marketing in the Document Cloud Business unit! The Director of Mobile Product Marketing will lead a mighty team of marketing professionals and partner with the Product Management organization to champion and prioritize market requirements and how our products and services are uniquely positioned in the market. The team you will lead includes product marketing managers for desktop, mobile apps, web services, and embedded product experiences in third party experiences.

What you'll Do

  • Translate customer needs into product requirements and work with product management and development teams
  • Develop go-to-market strategy in partnership with consumer, SMB, enterprise, and education segment leaders
  • Enhance the product definition and positioning using competitive information, market and product analysis
  • Support sales and campaign marketing through sales tools, training, and market expertise to ensure their ability to effectively position and sell products
  • Drive marketing inflection points in conjunction with product releases and industry events
  • Facilitate the market research approach, methodology, and integration of findings into the product marketing department to influence the go-to-market approach
  • Recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing team of product marketing professionals
  • Use data-focused market understanding with customer feedback to influence and shape go to market strategies
  • What you need to succeed

  • 15+ years of marketing management experience; with a preference for experience in company that has gone through a significant transformation
  • Ability to influence across a large complex matrix and demonstrate a high EQ
  • Exceptional storyteller and mastery of the written word
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong ability to scale from consumer (end-user) software and apps to enterprise workflow solutions
