Communication skills (English), spoken and written. 90% or above
Proficiency MS Office tools skills; advanced Excel.
3+ years call center leadership experience
Proven experience of call center operations, including call center KPIs, coaching techniques and strategies, managing groups of 20 + people
Strong knowledge of customer satisfaction drivers·
Leadership qualities, including relationship building, meeting facilitation, time management, organizational skills, and ability to lead without authority
Thursday to Saturday : 7am a 4pm / or / 5am a 3pm
Salary: ¢1.000.000 / month
